The container workshops in the set are constructed based on the structure of 20-foot basic container 1C according to ISO standards. The housing of the container is structurally divided inside into two compartments: a technical compartment and a utility compartment. The technical compartment is equipped with the following modules: hydraulics and battery, power supply and storage tank, ventilation and filtering and heating, air conditioning, dehumidification and heating, air compressor and tank, or 12.5 kVA generator set, water tank and storage tank.
The utility compartments form surfaces suitable for specialist modular construction - depending on the intended use.
The set of KWL.SX-02 Aviation Workshop containers is highly mobile and easy to prepare for operation, which is ensured by the autonomous set of ZPH.20-02,w.WL hydraulic supports, enabling quick and simple semi-automatic unloading and loading of the container onto and off of the means of transport. Preparation of the container workshops for operation is performed after the containers are removed from the means of transport - using autonomous hydraulic supports and setting the container directly on the ground.
KWL.SX-02 Workshop containers provide a comfortable working environment for the workshop operating personnel – independent of weather conditions, maintaining the required temperature inside utility compartments, and an air quality free from dust and any contamination.
KWL.SX-02 Workshop containers are integrated with the existing system of the container transport chassis and swap bodies systems used by the Armed Forces.
